Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your enrollment date. No questions asked. We want you to feel confident that PromptLab will help you achieve your learning goals.
The 30-day period begins on the date of purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
- You must use the official refund request process (see below)
- The course must have been purchased directly from PromptLab (not through a third-party reseller or partner)
- The purchase must not fall under the non-refundable categories described in Section 5
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refunds where we detect abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated refund requests by the same user, suspected fraud, or misuse of content).
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your full name, the email address associated with your account, and the course(s) or product(s) you purchased
- Provide your order number or purchase date if available
- Optionally, share any feedback that would help us improve—we appreciate it, though it is not required
We will respond to your request within 3–5 business days and will process approved refunds promptly.
4. Processing Time
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
If you do not see your refund within 15 business days, please contact us and we will investigate.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago (outside the guarantee window)
- Bundles or promotions where the terms explicitly state that refunds are not available
- Subscription renewals after the initial purchase period, unless otherwise stated in your subscription terms
- Gifts or purchases made through third-party platforms (refunds must be pursued through the original purchase channel)
- Any items explicitly designated as non-refundable at the time of purchase
6. Enterprise Refunds
For enterprise clients and custom training engagements, refund terms are specified in the individual contract or statement of work. These arrangements may differ from the standard 30-day guarantee. If you have an enterprise or custom agreement, please refer to your contract or contact your account manager for refund-related questions.
