Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PromptLab, a company operating from Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("PromptLab," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, platform, courses, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

2. User Accounts

Certain features require an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

3. Course Access

Upon valid enrollment and payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the purchased course(s) for personal or internal business use. Access may be limited in time or scope as stated at the point of purchase. You may not share login credentials, redistribute course materials, record or download content for redistribution, or use the materials for commercial training of third parties without our prior written consent.

4. Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees associated with your enrollment. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are in the currency indicated. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., for enterprise arrangements). We use third-party payment processors; by providing payment information, you consent to their terms. We reserve the right to change prices with reasonable notice. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform—including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software—is owned by PromptLab or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive no ownership rights in any content. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of others
  • Transmit harmful, defamatory, or unlawful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or other users
  • Use automated means to scrape or collect data without permission
  • Resell or commercially exploit our Services without authorization

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PromptLab and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability; in such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in accordance with the rules of an arbitration body we designate. You waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration. The arbitrator's award may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising therefrom shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings, except where mandatory arbitration applies.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall survive.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we may also notify you by email. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.
