What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, interest, preferred contact language and message. The form also creates a reference ID and timestamp. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
Why we use it
We use these details to respond to your request, clarify requirements and discuss a possible service or workshop. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. This website does not send enquiry text to an AI model.
Where it is handled
The website runs on OpenAI Sites infrastructure with Cloudflare hosting and database services. These providers process the technical data needed to operate and protect the site, and processing may occur outside the UAE. Enquiries are stored in the site database and are available through an owner-restricted inbox.
Retention and your requests
We review enquiries for deletion after six months unless an ongoing engagement or a required business record calls for longer retention. Contact [email protected] to ask about access, correction or deletion of your enquiry. We may need to verify that the request concerns your own details.
Technical data and external links
The site uses a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit repeated form submissions. It does not add advertising trackers. Hosting and owner sign-in services may use operational logs or cookies. Choosing an email, phone or WhatsApp link opens a separate service whose own privacy terms apply.
