WHO IT IS FOR
A good fit when…
For owners, operations coordinators and trainers who want to document recurring work without producing a manual nobody uses.
WHAT YOU TAKE AWAY
Make something useful.
- 01A process interview guide.
- 02One complete operating procedure.
- 03An exception and escalation checklist.
- 04A dry-run record with improvements from a fresh reader.
THE PROGRAMME
One step at a time.
- Session 1
Interview the process owner and draft the procedure.
- Session 2
Run the procedure, capture exceptions and revise it.
BEFORE WE START
Bring the right ingredients.
Bring one familiar, repeatable process and a sample of its input and successful output. Avoid regulated or safety-critical processes for the introductory exercise.
THE QUALITY CHECK
A result you can assess.
A second reader should be able to recognise the trigger, follow the steps and judge the result. Missing inputs and common mistakes are included in the test.
A COMMON QUESTION
Do you supply a template?
Yes, the workshop includes a practical structure. The skill is learning to extract the right information, check the sequence and improve the procedure after someone tries it.
CONNECT THE DOTS
A useful next step.
SOPs & employee onboarding
Turn two process interviews into three clear operating instructions that another person can follow.
Expert material to course module
Turn your own recordings and notes into one teachable module with an exercise and a clear completion check.
Build a useful knowledge base
Organise a small document collection and practise getting answers that lead back to the source.
