Let’s talk

PRACTICAL ONLINE WORKSHOP

Build a useful knowledge base

Organise a small document collection and practise getting answers that lead back to the source.

Upcoming workshops · register your interest. Dates, facilitator availability and any tool costs are confirmed before enrolment. English delivery; Arabic groups are subject to a suitable facilitator being confirmed.

WHO IT IS FOR

A good fit when…

For consultants and team members who repeatedly search scattered notes and documents for the same information.

WHAT YOU TAKE AWAY

Make something useful.

  • 01A structured collection of up to ten sample documents.
  • 02A source index, naming rules and document owners.
  • 03Ten retrieval questions with checked answers.
  • 04A maintenance and outdated-content checklist.

THE PROGRAMME

One step at a time.

  1. Session 1

Sort the sources and define what belongs in the collection.

  2. Session 2

Test retrieval and practise maintaining the knowledge base.

BEFORE WE START

Bring the right ingredients.

Bring a small, non-sensitive collection that you have permission to use. A public or fictional sample is suitable when work documents cannot be shared.

THE QUALITY CHECK

A result you can assess.

You must be able to locate the source behind an answer and recognise a question the collection cannot answer. Conflicting information is flagged rather than silently resolved.

A COMMON QUESTION

Is this a secure company-wide AI system?

The workshop teaches organisation and source checking on a small collection. A company-wide deployment requires separate access, security, integration and maintenance decisions.

CONNECT THE DOTS
